Do your own effective HIIT training at home!

To provide you with guidance and motivation to be able to do your own effective HIIT training at home, I have designed and filmed a series of 10-20 minute HIIT workouts – one for each day of the week.

These HIIT workouts include a variety of cardiovascular exercises, body weight exercises, plyometric exercises and strength based activities and require little or no equipment.
