What is Bootcamp?
Fitness Bootcamp is a developed form of military style training known as recruit training, or boot camp, where new military personnel would receive training and instruction where they learn the skills required for their positions. Today Bootcamps for the general fitness enthusiast have become an extremely popular way of exercising delivering a focused session within a circuit style.

A TYPICAL VITALITY BOOTCAMP SESSION:

HOW MUCH DOES VITALITY BOOTCAMP COST?
A six-week boot camp course costs £54, which means that for just £9 per session you will be working with a Personal Trainer for a fraction of the cost by exercising in a group. If you cannot commit to 6 weeks, you can pay for individual sessions which cost £12 each.
