"As a club tennis player, I really enjoy Helena’s cardio tennis sessions.  Since I took them up, I’ve found that my footwork and speed around the court has greatly improved.  I’ve developed more confidence at the net and I can cover more of the court.  Helena makes the sessions really fun so you don’t realise that you’re actually having a workout!"

"I have been taking part in Helena’s Cardio Tennis sessions for the past year.  I love the variety they bring to exercise, for me who has done every type of studio class imaginable this has been a breath of fresh air, quite literally, as the sessions are run outside all through the year! I’ve found Cardio Tennis to be a fun and sociable way to keep fit as I’m running around a tennis court with 7 of my friends and Helena keeps the pace up with her non-stop energy (even when she gets hit by the wayward balls)!  My fitness has definitely improved and my belief in my ability to push myself harder during my workouts."

"I’m a social tennis player and a runner and was looking for a fun way to boost my fitness (preferably in a group). The cardio tennis sessions are great – I love getting outdoors on a Tuesday morning and working out with friends. The unexpected bonus has been an improvement to my tennis game. I have developed a greater confidence to hit the ball and definitely tightened up my footwork."

"I’ve just started Cardio Tennis this term and think it’s great so far. It is fun, sociable and I’ve really enjoyed the tennis aspect of it too, having not picked up a racket for years.  We practice different strokes through the drills and the running around keeps your heart rate up so you feel you’ve had a good work out and not just standing around watching half the time. Helena’s sessions are structured and professional and she’s a ball of energy, which encourages and inspires you to do your best whilst feeling motivated at all times! Thoroughly recommend."
